Well for starters, you engine was rebuilt, and bored.  If the head(s) were
shaved down
then the combustion chamber would be smaller than "stock".  I think stock
was
about 73-75 cc.  Closed chambers are around 62cc.  Just guesses.

The .030 means someone bored the block .030 over stock.
