You are trying to send messages formatted with "HTML" to a mailing list that
uses software that can not understand HTML. Somewhere in your e-mail client
(program) is a setting where you can tell it to use "plain text" instead of
"HTML".

If you tell us what e-mail client you use, we can be more specific.

Hey folks,
I notice that all the e-mails I send to the forum have my message written in
them twice. How can I stop this?
