Guys,
At last night's PCNC Meeting (huge turn-out for Mikey) a number of BIG
issues came up all of which I will address in summary here and will send out
specific details on later regarding Vegas Track Event, .

1.	Sunday, 12/10/00 TPOC/SBP JV Christmas Party  @ Ports of Call
Restaurant at Berth 76 in San Pedro  -  It may be too late (Bryan?) to still
join what many of us expect to be a great party next week. . .some of us up
here in Bay Area are going to BOTH the party here and are EVEN gonna fly or
drive down for the party in San Pedro on Sunday..........but I understand
Grant and Bryan were hoping for more sign-ups so IF you think you might be
interested in still going PLEASE contact Dr. Bryan Swartz at (714) 963-1849
or Grant Stockwell at (310) 832-8414 ASAP..............LIKE CALL NOW.

Also if your back east and interested in going to a party please contact
Glen Pascal at 610-454-0239 to attend the EPA Christmas Party @ Longwood
Gardens, which is also next Saturday December 9th.

2.	Thursday, April 26, 2001 - LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY & DEREK DALY
ACADAMY -  Larry Stock has cut a sweet deal with the owners of the Derek
Daly Driving School....for $500 they will offer a half day driving school in
real open wheel formula race cars.  some of you guys who have asked about a
good driving school will appreciate this opportunity....this is about HALF
what it would cost if you wanted to go the school indepent of POCA or
another club.  The Derek Daly instructors are some of the best around.  Bob
Earl is they're senior instructor. He has 19 years of teaching experience
under his belt and an impressive resume of 22 IMSA vicotories including
Daytona and Sebring....he simply is the best there is. . . .every one of the
race cars has a computer analysis on board every formula car that provides
detailed feedback to help student drivers progress.....this really is an
opportunity too good to ignore as it occurs the SAME week-end as the PCNC
races and our Las Vegas Fun Rally.....THE FIRST 10 PEOPLE TO RESPOND TO THIS
OPPORTUNITY CAN JOIN US.

3.	Friday, 15 June, 2001 - VIRGINIA CITY HILL CLIMB -  Larry Stock has
AGAIN put together a great and rare opportunity for you to participate in a
world class hill climb.......but we also need volunteers to man the course
so if you are available please contact me or Larry.  right now we need a
even dozen volunteers....If we can't get you guys to step up then we'll have
to PAY for the course workers so pleeease volunteer.  While we will get the
hill to ourselves we also will be sharing the hill the same week-end with
the Ferrari (Dancing Donkeys) and Audi (Autobahn boyz) clubs.....there will
be BRAGGING RIGHTS.

4.	August 11-17, 2001 - BONNEVILLE SPEED WEEK, Great Salt lake, Utah  -
Yes, the infamous SCTA Exotus......the Promised Land....Hail to
SPEED.......Imagine if you will seeing the LARGEST Detomaso turn-out in
history....Imagine if you will seeing the likes of our beloved Mike Cook run
his monster Ford or Junior Wilson run his moster PANTERA!!! AND then add a
springling of other Team Pantera Racing crazies.....Mad Dawg, Crazy Larry
Stock, Tazmanian Devil D-Mann, and at least as many other crazed speed
freaks as you can get on the salts........IF YOUR INTERESTED IN JOINING US
let me or Larry know.....Lets break some records guys.......this is going to

5.	September 13-16, 2001 - SILVERSTATE ROAD RACE, Ely, Nevada -  this
is already shaping up to be the BIGGEST Team Pantera Racing event in
history.  We already have 22 of OUR TPR people signed up!!!   This event is
already 85% REGISTERED FULL and when its full there won't be more people
joining us at least as drivers!!!!!  But you still have time to get your
$100 deposit into Bunny Hill........... but don't expect you can wait much
longer then December...the May race sold out a full 5 months early!!!!
Unless you put a check in the mail to Bunny for $100 your position is NOT
GUARANTEED....you must send in the deposit (BoBo?) Contact me if you are
