Thank you Bill!

      I'm installing a ss firewall cover that may cause additional clearance
problems.  Hall says his 10 qt pan will fit with no mods, same with the
headers.  I'll modify the cover if intake (yep, Victor Jr.) clearance is a
problem.  Should be coming to the thermostat housing situation soon, I'll
tell you how I deal with it.
