Got my new Dunlop tires mounted on the Pantera East wheels and installed on
the car today.   I took some photos of the old BFG Euro HR305/50/15 tires
beside the new wheels to show the impact of the new wheels.   You can find
them at http://www.PanteraPlace.com look in the tech section and "new
tires".    I also took some new pictures of the car.  They are in the
"outside views" on the main page.   Let me know what you think about the new
look of #1887.    If cost is any consideration it should be looking better
by about $3,291.84!

After seeing the wheels on the car I'm very glad that I went with the 16"
front wheels and 17" back wheels.  Thanks Mike Drew.

I haven't had much time to drive it yet but it feels super tight and good.
The new wheel and tire combination changed the nose down look of the car but
it still looks great.   The tires seem almost like race tires as small rocks
stick to them.   I hope that will stop soon!

I was concerned that the back wheels might hit the front of my mufflers but
I lucked out.   Unlike the BFG 305s the Dunlop 335s has a rounder edge than
provided clearance with the front corner of the muffler.   For some unknown
reason my mufflers sit forward about 1/4 to 1/2 inch more than most
Panteras.   Hall said it is NOT caused by his headers.

I wonder if I'm going to miss those old Weld wheels and the fat 305s?  I
can't see the back tires turning in the mirrors anymore.

Got to go now and look at my new wheels!
