I did some real quick measurements some time back
and thought one of the standard 16 gal. cells
available
from several manufacturers would fit...one on each
side. Most had some type of adjustable sender unit.
You would have to fab a crossover tube and an extended
filler neck as they are shorter than a stock tank.
The cells were around $125. I think you would
be in for less than $500. Still thinking about it.
3644 is still in many piles, fewer than last week
though.
