To All,
I don't know what the rest of the country receives for TV stations but
Maryland Public Television is the originator of two popular TV shows.
Wall Street Week is broadcast every Friday and Motor Week is aired on
Thursdays from our local public TV station WMPT.
Motor Week is a half hour show with a format that could be called a
Consumer Reports of autos and trucks. Each week Motor Week features a
road tests of a car or truck and gives its views of the vehicle. There
are also segments on some form of auto related activity along with car
care hints and motor news updates.
For those who can receive public TV broadcasts, Motor Week is going to
road test the Quavle Mangusta Thursday next week.
I have been to the Maryland Public Television office and was able to
have Craig Singhaus feature the Pocono 4th of July weekend in a short
portion of an earlier program. For another point of interest, Craig
Singhaus also aired the road test of a white Amerisport GT5-S.
Copies of prior shows are available for a somewhat steep $19.95. I am
not sure if either the Pocono weekend or the GT5-S road test programs
are available as they were done a good while ago.
If there is any interest in the Mangusta road test, I'll get back with
the ordering information.
