Also, don't send ONE shock in, as other owners have found that the other 
three get lonely while it's gone and conspire to crap out at fairly evenly 
spaced intervals!

Also, FWIW, it might not be THAT difficult to generate an invoice showing 
your "original" purchase, heh heh. :>)
