Regarding designing a custom fuel cell, I have spoken to fuelsafe (at
fuelsafe.com). They seem very knowledgeable and reasonable. They offer
fuel cells for some older cars (like mustangs.) I am waiting to get some
money together to buy one for my 1969 Mustang.
I bet they could put one together for a pantera, too.
