3M makes a product called Finesse-it II Part # 051131005928 that has really
done some nice things to paint for me!  It is designed to remove very small
scratches, such as what is left by 2000-3000 grit paper.  It is sold at auto
paint supply stores.  A liter runs $35-$40 though!
