Check the full wiring diagram for Bosch window switches on Mike Dailey's
website, courtesy of Bill Santos from 1989.
And the obvious answer to your second question is, the "up" side of the
switch is the one that makes the window go up! Hook up the switches as per
the story. Flip the switch up. If the window goes down, leave the wires
hooked up the same way but invert the switch before installation....
