Your brake master has a "duckbill" valve or keep-alive in the circuit, to hold a few pounds of pressure in the lines for faster response. They sometimes stick. The valve is rubber and sits BEHIND the brass cone that seats the brake line into the master, usually only on the front if you have a split master. Remove the line, run a sheet-metal screw into the brass cone a little ways and pull the cone out with pliers. Behind it is a rubber valve. R & R it. My best guess- J DeRyke
