Do they have duct-tape in Europe or is that an American thing? A little bit of
white duct-tape would patch that door hole up just like new, bubba.
I can't figure out why they went to the time and trouble of drilling a hole in
the door. They should have just thrown the drill through the window to smash
it and then reached in to open the door. Goes to show that criminals are
criminals because they aren't smart enough (or too lazy) to do anything else.
I had a Suburban broken into a few years ago. The windows were tinted and the
plastic tint would tend to hold the glass in place if they were broken. A
couple of SKITS (serial killers in training) went down one side of the vehicle
poking a prybar hole in every single window until they got to the front vent
window. That one happened to be missing the tint so it shattered into little
glass pebbles allowing them access into the car. I had to replace nearly a
thousand dollars worth of broken glass because the dummy criminals never
figured out all you had to do was gently push on the tinted, shattered glass to
move it away and reach the door lock. And all they took was a paper sack
containing an old pair of blue jeans and a new package of Pampers.
Unfortunately the Pampers hadn't been soiled yet. Bummer.
