Interesting--I got this word not as part of a renewal, but rather when Parish
changed carriers.
This stems from the death of Bill Parish; the famly business was then either
merged or bought outright by competitor Heacock Insurance; the new outfit is
known as Parish/Heacock. At the same time, apparently all policies were
shifted over to Heacock's carrier, which is Great American. And Great
American refuses to have track coverage.
Bottom line--we're screwed. Parish's old carrier was the ONLY carrier in the
USA that offered that kind of coverage (which is common in Europe, by the
way, and not particulary expensive....)
