That test doesn't eliminate all of the drivetrain which is still
rotating downstream of the transmission.
 I had a '72 Plastic Pig  which had a *driveshaft* very  badly out of
balance which gave similar symptoms to those you described.

Tried that still vibrates. Specualting now, might i have a bent rim? any
way to check for that? Bad rotor? \
