Went through this escapade with 9390... The distributor did not fit. 
As far as I know, you can't order it to fit. However, I did _not_ 
talk to MSD.

I bought the distributor from PPC and talked to Dennis Q about the 
problem. He said this had happened to him twice before.

I ended up having to take the distributor apart and getting the shaft 
turned down on a lathe.

If, in fact, there is something available that fits, it will be good 
info... but that's what I know on the subject.
