Simple powder coating is inexpensive. I had a custom hot/cold powder coat
paint job on my wife's mtn bike frame 3 years ago and it was $250.00. That
was just for a 14" frame...lol
But it was well worth it, a one of a kind psyco yellow fade into grape
purple. I forgot the guys name who done it, he was just outside Greensboro
NC.
