On mine I used stainless steel Philips oval head screws with the heads
polished to a brilliant shine.  These contrast well with the black powder
coated finish on the steering wheel and you don't run as great a risk of
having the screwdriver slip off and mar the finish as you would with slotted
screws.

Can anyone tell me what type of mounting screws are used in your Pantera
Lecarra steering wheel?  The Lecarra website shows allen flat head screws
but the picture of the Mark 8 wheel on the website has straight slot screws
like the one on my Pantera.
