This is typical of Panteras in which the rear suspension & frame have begun 
to collapse. Your rear wheel alignment may be compromised, too. About all you 
can do is assemble some big c-clamps and have at it, knowing that  when you 
do get everything tied down, the misaligned swaybar will pre-load the rear 
suspension in certain ways. The alternative is to jack the rear up and using 
a porta-power or a frame machine, attempt to realign the whole rear end 
structure, and do it gradually such that you do not crack your paint. 
Readjusting your upper brace-bar may help a little. FYI, my bars were off, 
too. I pulled the bar ends around and bolted the sphere-balls down, and the 
handling has not suffered. I would recommend realigning the rear wheels 
afterward; any shop that can do Corvettes, can, if they wish, do Panteras.
