Rust looks bad but if I think the location is easily accessible, not a problem!
Just see how much of the rust has spread (and how bad it was). Usually, if it
is structurally sound, you can deal with it via the usual "furthur rust
prevention" techniques (POR-15). If not, there is metalwork to be had. ZF is in
and so is the engine. That's half the battle right there. Plus GP4 wheelwells?
