If the parts are still 'new' that should be considered.
Regardless, any company policy should be communicated to the customer
to avoid situations like this.
I've had good and (very) bad experience with Pantera vendors. Almost all
I still recommend. When I order I ask about the return policy. It might
help
to call them in person (not email) and try to work out a solution. Giving
the
vendor a fair chance to make things right is reasonable.
I have generally found vendors to be fair business people.
(I also know business from both sides.)
