The last couple of MCCs I have seen, Dennis seems to enjoy hearing himself
talk more than listening to the answers the car folks are giving him. On
one occasion, he was interviewing a guy who had restored a '69 or '70 Dodge
Charger. The guy told him he had repainted the whole thing from the
original color to black, went to lengths discussing the process, and not two
or three questions later, "and is this black the original color . . .?"
Another show, he was interviewing Jay Leno on one of his Stanley Steamers,
and kept interrupting Jay during his explanation of the workings of the car.
The glare on Jay's face said if all. Not to impugn the bulk of Dennis'
work, I enjoy most of what he shows, but you just gotta wonder some times .
