I've fixed the webring problems (I think !).

I also got feedback that some browsers have a problem displaying
overlapping text or images. Dropping to the lowest common
denominator, I've adjusted a bunch of pages to resolve this. If
you are having a problem with an image being displayed due to
overlapping, let me know, and I'll adjust the page (If I can !).
I've got a article on cooling/radiators/fans I'm working on, but
I think I'll post it (So I can get feedback) before it's done, now
that the webring issue is fixed.
