As most of you probably figured out, I had this done days ago. Just this
morning got a chance to upload email from the notebook.
So it turns out that an RV, had it's towed vehicle catch fire. They
managed to get the vehicle separated from the RV, and most of it unloaded
(it was a small pickup truck) before it became totally engulfed in flames.
No apparent injuries though. The pickup was totally toast by the time we
got to it. The RV was fine and so were the occupants as far as we could tell.
The second day of driving found us in the same kind of non-stop rain we had
on the way down. This time, the trunk got standing water in it, good
thing we turned on the weather prior to leaving and decided to put
everything in large garbage bags. Thanks to Roger Sharp for the bags.
And might I say we were treated very well by the folks of PCNC. Roger and
Pam Sharp put us up in thier beautiful house on the Saturday evening after
the tech session. We spent a comfortable night and had breakfast the next
morning before leaving. Thier hospitality was wonderful.
To that end, I still have an open invitation to anyone that contacts me and
who will ever be in the Spokane area. Though we are moving at the moment,
please let us know if you will be in the area and we will certainly hook up.
And, since we did sell the house, it may be slow going for me to get some
things updated on the club store site. I'll let you all know how things
progress.
