A good local charity, Whole House Building Supply Salvage,
in East Palo Alto, CA needs a
"Dodge engine 383, 400, or 440"
to get one of their trucks back on the road. I know some
people have extra 'stuff' in their garage, maybe even some
of the Chrysler kind - that you now can use as a tax deduction!
They teach local youth the building trade while rescuing
perfectly good materials from the landfill on all of the
teardowns so popular in our more affluent areas.
