Subject:Baby Bravo mirror pictures

I've posted some pictures of the Vitolini Baby Bravo mirrors I picked up
this weekend. IMHO, they look about as good as any mirror (and better than
most) I've seen on a Pantera. And the visibility looks like it will be
quite good. As I mentioned, the passenger side is slightly convex which
should help somewhat spotting those guys whipping over a couple of lanes to
check the car out.

Check it out and let me know what YOU think.

They're stuck on with double sticky tape for fitting so I took out the
glass. I'm mounting them with a small aluminum plate that will be glued to
the window. It has two 8/32 SS screws sticking through that the base of the
mirror will be bolted to. You can see the back side of it (sort of) in the
drivers view shot. I'm planning on using silicon RTV to attach the plate.
RTV is supposed to be good for about 400 psi and sticks very well to glass
as I found out building up my dual pane rear window. It should allow easy
removal if I find something else I like better.

The mirror itself has a lot of adjustment flexibility. A short arm hinged
at the base plate ends in a ball socket attachment to the mirror body. The
mirror itself is also on the std pivot. There is enough adjustment that the
base could be attached to the top of the door, but in that position the
rubber accordion is somewhat scrunched on the bottom. I think it looks much
better mounted on the glass.
