I echo Robert's low tech solution. I have to whack my kick panel every Spring to get the relay to actuate. After a couple of times, everything seems to free up & work fine for a long time. Yeah, I know, the permanent fix will be to replace the relay - maybe tomorrow - right now it's time for a DRIVE!
