 About six months ago I sent a post to the list asking if any one could help me identify a bunch of brake pads I got with my race car.
 Well nobody had a clue what they were but today I get an e-mail from a guy named Doug Burke with Wilwood. it seems he was searching though the list archives and ran across my post. he asked if I had ever gotten an answer and when I replied saying I had not he called me with-in 1/2 an hour. he gave me the history of my pads as well as there relevent performance charicteristics and how they compare to more modern pads. I'd say that was going above and beyond the call for customer service.
 if anyone out there needs any technical info on brakes give him a call. he was very nice and very knowlegable, and he's been there a long time so he remebers alot about the old stuff that they don't make any more.
