This is a really dumb question: When manufacturers quote hp, do the
figures they give refer to rearwheel hp? ie my friend has a 1999
C5 Vette ... he says:
"... My car is something like 340lb-ft and 345bhp @6200." - does GM
how do that get that figure?

PS for those that downloaded the video of the dyno pull ..... did you
get sound? Someone said that the y didn't ... the sound is the good
part!
I'm using Microsoft's own compression for the sound on the video, so
I don't get it? Make sure you have the latest MS Player I guess???
It should download the latest codec automatically from the Microsoft
site?
