Forest Majors and I have traced the (horn not working) problem back to switch. I was wondering if anyone has been able to repair this contact? Can the tip of the turn signal handle come off to see what is going on with it? 

Oh for those that have helped with the over heat problem, turns out many of you were right. I don't have one, I have a bad sender. This information gave peace of mind on a nice 1.5 hour drive yesterday. That first red light didn't send my heart racing, though until I get the new sender in I may cover up that gauge. I don't want to get in the habit of ignoring it :-)
