This winter I had one of the vendors go through my transaxle and get
everything back up to par.  It was safety wired, new syncros, and other
miscellaneous things.  I also got a new clutch and throw out bearing for it.
Shifting, in general, feels very nice and smooth.  However, it seems that
after I drive the car around for awhile, I occasionally grind when
downshifting into second gear.  I am downshifting at reasonable RPMs,
perhaps 2000-2500.  The grinding occurs perhaps every 1 out of 10 times.
The clearance of the clutch seems to be fine as well.

Could I get some ideas/suggestions as to what the problem might be?  Is this
just going to happen from time to time and I should get used to it?  Until I
know what is going on I want to downshift into 2nd as little as possible.
