Joe,

As I'm sure many on the list will tell you, Meguiar's Plastic Polish is
the hot tip for getting tiny scratches out of the rear window.  Their
Plastic Cleaner is better for more severe scratching.  I've found that
the best preventive measure is some kind of padding - both under the
window and between the window and the top, when the top is down.
