Hello.

I purchased my Miata used about 6 months ago.  The 36 month/50k warranty
will run out in about 2 weeks and I'm having a problem with my top.

Of course, the velcro straps are disconnected.  Of course the plastic is
crummy.  But the new twist is that I was having problems with the zipper
sticking when trying to open/close.  Well, this weekend I was in a 
wedding and left the top down while the ceremony was going on.  As I came
out of the church, I noticed it had started to rain, so I bolted outside
and hurridly zipped the top, breaking the handle of the zipper in the 
process (since it was stuck and my adreniline was pumping).  I'm considering
my options and I think I could fix the zipper handle myself (I'm not 
planning on ever selling this car, so that's not an issue), I also found
some adhesive which I think will help with the velcro and I bought some
plastic cleaner today based on advice here.

My question is: Is it worth the worry of having a dealer replace the top
to fix these annoyances?  I need to decide soon, so any help will be much
appreciated.
