For what it's worth... A few weeks after I bought my '93, I noticed that the door locks were a bit sticky. A little powdered graphite from the local grocery store did the trick -- although I got some strange looks and a ``Can I help you?'' from folks in the parking lot as I was twiddling a slender metal thingy in the locks. Guess they thought I was trying to steal the car, or something. Anyway, with all this zipper talk going around, it occured to me that the stuff might make the window zipper a little easier to work. To my delight, it does. It's a little messy to apply, but laying a bunch of paper towels on the rear shelf catches the overspray. Just squirt the graphite out of the tube onto the zipper and then zip & unzip it a few times to work it in. It helps to get a tube of graphite with a long metal tube for a nozzle. Hopefully this will reduce the possibility of breaking the handle. Russ Croman Design Engineer Crystal Semiconductor Austin, TX
