Subject: CB hookup or "What'd you say?"

Lately I've been travelling around with a bunch of crazies to some
*serious* (the nighttime, forest road kind) rallies.  Not to worry,
the Miata just gets me there.  Since there are usually 3 vehicles,
we use CBs to communicate among ourselves.  I'm using the lighter-
plug-in type & a magnetic mount antenna.  Works fine except with
the top down & the tunes blasting, I usually miss the 1st half of
what's being said & have to ask for a repeat & I have to hold the
thing up to my ear.

Does anyone know if there's a way to include a gizmo so that when they
speak, it overrides the radio/tape player & comes through the
headrest speakers?  You can tell that I'm a mechanical illiterate,
but I can find somebody to do it if I'm sure it can be done.  I want
to know that before I let anybody go digging around.
