Gads! It's true, Barbie does have a Miata. :-(  After getting a copy of the
Puget Sound chapter newsletter I ran out to try to find the Barbie toy (and try
to find the Tootsie Toy). At BEST (of all places) I found the Barbie. I did not
buy the toy (yet). It is definitely one for the obsessive collector. There is a
piece of fabric that you can paint then cover the car with. Over the fabric 
goes a piece of clear plastic that completes the toy. I guess it would be 
possible to paint the plastic to look like a *real* Miata! Of course, you could
always use the toy to experiment with absurd (or not so absurd) paint schemes
for your dream car! Cost of the Barbie car is about $25. 
	BTW, thanks Bill for the copies of The Sounder. It is a very nice 
publication.
