Why is this such a big issue?  So what if someone says in their ad "As 
reviewed by so and so on the Miata List"?  Has this ever happened?  I fail to 
see why I should care.  I'd be more concerned with derogatory comments I make 
about, say, really lousy stainless steel mufflers that cost $300 coming back 
to haunt me.  Some bozo bean-counter scum might start suing my company.  Maybe 
a group Miata List disclaimer should be part of the package, too:

"Opinions expressed on Miata List are the property of vastly more intelligent 
people than the type of bozo bean-counter scum who would sue over them, so 
lighten up already."  Or something.
