I installed the Track Bar on my '91 and would absolutely recommend the
same for others without the crossmember on their car.  But I don't think
your in need of one since you have a '92.  I may be wrong, but I think '92
is the year Mazda added the OEM piece.  If it is, you definitely don't
need to replace the Mazda part.
