Greetings Miata drivers --

I am among the newest Miata owners on the block, as I just leased a
1994 base model (what's the terminology for having nothing on your
car? :-) It's my first new car and so far has been a blast, but I've
been easy on it since it's still in the first 500 miles.

I send this note primarily to communicate what a great pleasure it
is to find a mailing list of enormous relevance to me that is not
computer related.  I purchase a car, post to rec.autos.misc, and
get several very helpful replies about my car, including a pointer
to this list.  I pulled down the archives from last month and read
much of them - great stuff!

Computers and networks are truly a wonderful thing.  Looking forward
to learning about my car and hearing others' experiences.
