I think there was some discussion here about trying to find a factory
radio replacement.  If anyone's interested, the following was posted
in Miataville in the Automobile forum on Compuserve (re-posted here
by permission):

I recently purchased a 1994 "B" and replaced the factory FM/Cassette with
 the unit from my old 1992, which was destroyed in an accident. I would be
 willing to sell the 1994 unit for $100.
