Not that I was looking forward to it, but the snow has finally arrived.  
I had procrastinated about buying snow tires and still may try to get 
away without them.  The local "farmers" almanac had warned us of 52 
inches of snow this year and so far all we've seen is this 8-10 inches 
and a couple of half-inch flurries during January.  What do you think the 
odds are at this point?
