For those of you asking about the book *Miata Universe*, I just got the
following info on a postcard today:

"Thanks very much for ordering THE MIATA UNIVERSE. This is just a quick note
to tell you we haven't forgotten about you. the last eight weeks have been
the most important for the Miata since the car was introduced.  Ford
executives have taken over Mazda's leadership.  The RX-7's demise means the
Miata will be Mazda's new sports flagship, and the world's first MX-5 couupe
debuted in New York.  Since THE MIATA UNIVERSE will be the definitive record
of the car's life to date, we decided to hold the presses long enough to
include those key devlopments - we hope the added info makes the early July
delivery date worth waiting for!
