    I HATE to perpetuate this thread but all of you PC (politically correct
NOT PC users, who have apparently been disparaged separately) are missing
AND obfiscating the point.

        Our friend here was not disparaging 'English not as first language'
people, he was disparaging illiterate people.

        The literacy of a person has no bearing whatsoever on their
creativity, intelligence, generosity, honesty or goodness. Or whether they
drive an automatic or manual transmission.
