Gee! Allan and Piet, Belgium sounds like New Jersey (so far as driving is
concerned) with better beers and chocolates :->

It's amazing the difference is driving manners between D-land, The
Netherlands and Belgium, I used to be afraid every time I had to drive to
Spa for a race.

Well at least the scenery is beautiful... and of course, driving topless is
better at any speed..

Speeding tax, or revenue enhancement is yet another genuine 'murrican
export, along with cigarettes and McDonald.
