My 93 has the same thing happen around 60mph.  Around 65 it smooths 
out.  Alignment fine, tires fine - but I want new ones anyway.  :)  
My car doesn't shake a lot, but there is a slight vibration.  I cover 
2 roads often and it seems to happen at the same area of the 
highway, don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.  Maybe 
the cars just want to go faster.  :)
