I am planning on having my alignment done and I'd like to know what alignment
specifications I should bring into the shop.  

I drive my car around town, on the highway, and on twisty roads, so I am
looking for a general purpose setting for my alignment.  My daily one-way
commute is 15 minutes on a fun mountain road and 15 minutes in the city.  On
the weekends I drive between 100-200 miles on the highway, too.  So, you can
see that I put about an even number of miles on all types of conditions.  Is
there an appropriate alignment setting in the Miata workshop manual that I can
point the mechanic to?
