the Teutuls and Shelby team.  I am glad to get
Panteras  a bit of airtime.

UNVEIL SPECIAL EDITION VEHICLES AT SEMA

“Eleanor” Chopper and 725 Horsepower G.T.500E to Steal
Show

DALLAS – October 28, 2004 – A special 725 horsepower
Shelby G.T.500E from Unique Performance and a custom
made chopper built by famed motorcycle shop Orange
County Choppers will roll into SEMA on November 3,
2004, 3:10 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. at the Las Vegas
Convention Center.  The electric yellow Shelby was
ordered by Paul Teutul Sr. of the hit Discovery
Channel show “American Chopper” and will be exchanged
for a custom Eleanor motorcycle that has been built by
the legendary bike maker for Unique Performance. 
Unique Performance manufactures authentic Shelby
continuation cars based on vintage Mustangs at their
plant in North Texas.

"Everyone attending SEMA will be astounded when they
see these fantastic vehicles,” said Douglas Hasty,
President of Unique Performance.  “This is the first
meeting of America’s chopper and America’s muscle car.
 These two vehicles will rock the performance world
when they’re unveiled by Carroll Shelby, the Teutuls
and Unique Performance team at the Yokohama Proving
Grounds area of the Las Vegas Convention Center."

Crew members from “American Chopper” will attend to
film the event for a two-hour episode of the hit show
that will follow the car and motorcycle from
construction to delivery.  The segments will air
during the 2005 season on The Discovery Channel.

Orange County Choppers is based in Orange County, New
York.  The patriarch of the group is Paul Teutul Sr.,
who used downtime from his Orange County Ironworks
business to create custom bikes.  In 1999, he
recruited his son, Paul Jr., to become the chief
fabricator and designer for Orange County Choppers.

Biketoberfest 1999 with "True Blue" a classic chopper
built in Paul Sr.'s basement. Today Orange County
