[DeTomaso] Decklid support strut specs?

Hi Greg!

I've seen a couple of Pantera with the decklid strut mounts
near the end of the decklid (towards the tail lights) and
the body end of the mount near the middle of the trunk/boot space.
The struts where something like 2 ft long. I didn't realize
they made them that long! The advantage was the decklid
could be raised up nearly vertical. (I'm not sure how that
would work on a windy day). It also seemed to fit the normal
"push hard at the start" mechanism of struts. Because of the
mechanical advantage, the struts didn't have to be near
as "strong" but had to have a large stroke.
