[DeTomaso] Tires

245/40 17 for the front is what I have.  If you haven't purchased the rims 
yet, put some serious thought into "wider is not necessarily better".  There 
seems to be in increasing trend to go with 9.5" or 10" rear wheels with 
around a 285 width, and a 225 or 235 in front.  Doug Braun has been kicking 
butt in the northwest in Solo II for years with his car, and I thnk he only 
runs a 275 rear tire.
