Yes- stamped into the bottom of the buckets (not sure now if its inside where 
the headlight bulb is. or outside underneath. But post-Ford-era cars weren't 
numbered, some buckets have so much paint in that area the stamps are 
obscured, some cars have been repaired with un-stamped service buckets, and so this is 
not a sure thing. In cases of obscured serials or other questionable 
documentations, I tend to keep looking for one with no questions, unless you are in 
love and thus a hpopeless case. Insurance re-titles, theft recovery, flood 
damage- we all hear the horror stories. Good luck- J DeRyke
